Brick & Block Buildings
To date I have constructed approx 120 homes in traditional block and brick and more recently timber framed energy efficient buildings to a code 4 standard
In addition I have completed a large 80 room Care Building and 18 cottages at Whitely Village Nr Cobham to replicate the Arts & Craft style of Robert Adam design used upon this pictuesque listed estate.
With the move to more energy efficient homes I have constructed a number of timber framed and SIPS panel homes achieving code4 energy standards
Steel Framed Buildings
As a Senior Construction Manager I have completed warehouses, cinemas, university buildings, data centres and corporate offices in steel frames , incorporating cladding and curtain walling systems by Focchi, Sealle and MetalBauFru up to total of £21M for clients such as O2, Audi, TAG and University Of East London
Concrete Framed Buildings
Similarly a Senior Construction Manager I have completed concrete framed buildings to 5 stories high including the Farnborough Aviator Hotel, 55 Baker Street and The Chelsea College Of Art & Design
Curtain Walling
As a Senior Construction Manager I havemanaged curtain walling upon a number of prestigious projects using systems by Metalbau Fru, Kalwall, Focchi, Sealle, OAG and Schuco
