Over the last 30 years or so have managed construction projects ranging in value from £50K home extensions up to full projects up £10M in value .
As part of a larger mangement team I have completed larger schemes up to £120M in value including the Farnborough Aviator Hotel, Audi UK headqaurters at Heathrow & O2 Headquarters at Slough.
Within each scheme I have managed the design process, materials, plant , subcontractors, deliveries, scaffolding, health & safety, heavy lifting, site programme and costs.
These schemes have incorporated bulk earthworks, piling, foundations, traditional block & brick, steel and concrete frames, cladding, glass curtain walling and many types of roofing
The process is very similar for all schemes, it is the quantities and costs that obviously increase.
